Bomb a Ghetto, Raise a Cheer

Noble — Fri, 05/15/2009 - 02:45

Max Blumenthal (hard to have a more Jewish name than that) put out a great video called "Bomb a Ghetto, Raise a Cheer," during the Gaza massacre of early 2009. I posted it on my other short-lived blog, but neglected to post it here.

These pro-war, pro-massacre people are monsters. They're also stupid, braindead, brainwashed morons who don't know the first god damn thing they're talking about, and I'm done with the kid gloves when I see people cheer on the butchery.

In their defense, most of the supporters of Palestinian massacre in this video probably just picked up their Torah/Bible and read about how God wanted their people to traipse around Canaan massacring every other tribe in their path. You can hide behind religion, music, and tradition, but it doesn't change the fact that you're monsters.

To make it crystal clear, the problem is not Jews or Judaism any more or less than it is Muslims and Islam. To make it even clearer, the problem is not Jews. Muslims, Judaism or Islam, although some of the stuff in the holy books of the mainstream religions is too disgusting to tolerate. I would have NO problem finding videos of Muslims cheering at the deaths of Jews, but that is already the popular perception and doesn't require me to show it. The problem is bloodthirsty people who hide behind religion and righteousness to justify their slaughter. The problem is that we have many human beings who are living in the equivalent of Hitler-era Jewish ghettos in Germany, who were forced out of their homes in many cases to give the master race more "Lebensraum," or the Hebrew equivalent. The problem is that Israel has enshrined a racist apartheid system into their very existence. A two-state solution is no better than the failed, racist, "separate but equal" policy of our country before the civil rights movement.

Some quotes:

"THEY ARE FORCING US TO KILL THEIR CHILDREN TO DEFEND OUR CHILDREN!"

"I saw a terrible photograph of a little girl in Lebanon in a Shi'ite community with her head being slashed because of a Muslim holiday. If a father can slash his own child's head... we have a real problem."
"Was it a religious holiday? My parents had a Mohel slash my penis."
(While this was the perfect answer, being a goyim, my response would have been, "Should we kill him then, and the little girl too, to make right?")

"It's a repeat of the Holocaust!"
(I agree, but with the Israelis doing the killing this time)

"We believe when the angel of death comes down, he takes everything in his path."
(sounds like a stupid angel to me... can't he tell the difference?)

"So what if Israel wiped Gaza off the map? What would be so wrong with that?"
(silence)

"Don't I seem like a good Jew?"
"You seem to be not against terrorists, and I think that makes you a bad person."

gazabodycount.com

Noble — Sun, 01/11/2009 - 15:42

For news updates, video clips, and statistics pertaining to the Israeli siege in Gaza, please bookmark gazabodycount.com.

Unless something along the scale of a 9/11 happens, which sadly could be possible, I will not be talking much more about the Gaza siege in this blog. This site will be spending more time on its original themes - lies, truth, and perception. The Gaza Body Count box in my sidebar will remain for the time being, but may eventually disappear from this site.

The world watches on

Noble — Fri, 01/09/2009 - 18:24

  • Israel, Hamas press on with Gaza war [Reuters]
  • Israel and Hamas ignore UN call for ceasefire [AP]
  • UN Security Council passes motion for Gaza ceasefire [LATimes]

I almost feel bad mixing in comedy clips and documentaries with the ongoing terrible news. I would be more worried about the economic collapse here, but all I can think about are the people who are dying right now. That goes especially for the innocent dead on both sides of this divide.

Our economic depression is not anything new for a large number of our population, and hasn't been for years.

White Phosphorus

Noble — Tue, 01/06/2009 - 06:02

Used in Fallujah by the US in 2004, used in Lebanon by Israel in 2006, and now being used in Gaza, White Phosphorus is a chemical weapon which is banned by the Geneva Conventions. Those who are exposed to it suffer deep, often lethal chemical burns and phosphorus poisoning.

Ilan Pappe - Ethnic Cleansing of Palestine

Noble — Mon, 01/05/2009 - 12:48

The audio is originally from TUC Radio in San Francisco. Please listen to the outro for information on how to support them. Here is the blurb from TUC's site.

Ilan Pappe, a highly respected intellectual, teacher and historian, is very clear and outspoken. Born and raised in Israel, he is concerned that Israel will create disaster for itself and the Middle East unless it changes its current policies towards the Palestinians.

He is calling for a boycott of Israel and an end to the ethnically defined Jewish State. He asks for international help in ending the Apartheid system in Israel.

I thought I posted this a long time ago. It couldn't be more relevant considering current events. If you do not have a background on the events of Israel and Palestine's conflict, listen up.

Ron Paul on Gaza and debt

Noble — Sun, 01/04/2009 - 07:31

We arm Israel. America's hands are bloody when Israel kills.

Despite supporting this very brave and important message, I do dislike that Ron Paul says they've been fighting for thousands of years, because Muslims and Jews have also lived together in peace for long periods of time in some places -- until some outsiders show up and tell them they should be fighting each other.

UPDATE: LiveLeak reports white phosphorus bombs in the Gaza ground assault. This horrible stuff was used in Fallujah, to a universal cry of "war crime."

Israel launches ground assault

Noble — Sat, 01/03/2009 - 11:14

Prepare for that body count to rise. From the LA Times:

Reporting from Jerusalem -- Israeli troops and tanks crossed into the Hamas-ruled Gaza Strip this evening, widening a week-old assault aimed at halting the militant Palestinian group's rocket fire into Israel.

A column of tanks, some firing their weapons, rolled into the northern part of the coastal enclave as Israeli combat helicopters flew overhead, according to Palestinian residents. Israeli television channels broadcast images of troops marching into the territory.

The ground offensive, launched after a week of punishing airstrikes, is designed to take control of Hamas' rocket-launching areas, the military announced. It said tank, artillery, special operations and intelligence units were taking part.

As Israeli warplanes pounded Hamas positions today, a missile struck a mosque in the northern Gaza town of Beit Lahiya during late-afternoon prayers, killing 13 people inside, Palestinian medical workers reported. Two of the dead were children, they said.

The ground offensive began after dark, following a round of Israeli artillery fire that created a blanket of dust and smoke that obscured the troops' advance.

Zbig eviscerates an American journalist

Noble — Sat, 01/03/2009 - 06:01

One thing I will say about Zbigniew Brzezinski... he can make your average American journalist weep, if he so chooses.

If you want to have trouble sleeping at night, try to hunt down one of the increasingly harder to find copies of Zbigniew Brzezinski's "Between Two Ages."

By the way, to answer Joe's question, this is what I would do the next time Israel is attacked by rockets. I would have spies and agents in the country (and I KNOW they have many). I'm pretty sure spies are cheaper than planes and bombs. I would capture (or kill if necessary) the individuals involved in the attacks. I would not collectively punish the entire population by mass murder.

New features - Gaza body count

Noble — Fri, 01/02/2009 - 14:40

I have been fleshing out the sidebar part of my blog.

I have added my YouTube favorites feed, which includes most of the videos I post here, along with a bunch of stuff I don't post here.

I have also started a "Gaza Body Count" which will be displayed prominently near the top of my sidebar at least until this assault is over. The soft, re-branded term for "body count" nowadays is "casualty figures," which explains why I found it so difficult to search for numbers at first. Counts will come from online news sources and will be updated as frequently as I can discover them. If you are as passionate about this issue as I am, please help me keep this count current by commenting or mailing leads to admin at noblelie dot com.

For the first time since I started this site, I am interested in actively growing and publicizing it. I don't ask for donations, but if something I write or post hits home, please help spread the word by submitting it to your blogs, tweets, public bookmarks, and social networking sites. To make this easier, I have added icons to the most popular services at the bottom of each post. If there is a service you use which is missing from these icons, please let me know and I will add it if possible.
