BADLARRY memorial, god on trial

Recently, a dear friend of my mate's passed away. I never met him, but I feel like I have because of all of the epic stories about him I've heard over the years. He was known as BADLARRY on Paltalk and frequented the atheist rooms. He lit a lamp for truth and integrity during his too-short life, and lit up the lives of those who knew him.
There is a memorial to this great man erected at The Ultraviolet Garden, in three parts. My mate, and me to some extent, spent sleepless nights choosing music and photos, watching and listening, and paying our respects to this fearless warrior.
The third page is a 3-hour audio file of a mock trial held on Paltalk, with BADLARRY as the judge. They prosecuted God in 2001 for the crimes of mass murder, genocide, terrorism, rape, and conspiracy to commit the same, using the Torah as evidence. It is well worth a listen - insightful, entertaining, hilarious, and a shining example of the great man Larry was. Polly spent many hours cleaning up this old audio file, so I hope someone out there enjoys it.
To be GOVERNED is to be watched, inspected, spied upon, directed, law-driven, numbered, regulated, enrolled, indoctrinated, preached at, controlled, checked, estimated, valued, censured, commanded, by creatures who have neither the right nor the wisdom nor the virtue to do so. To be GOVERNED is to be at every operation, at every transaction noted, registered, counted, taxed, stamped, measured, numbered, assessed, licensed, authorized, admonished, prevented, forbidden, reformed, corrected, punished. It is, under pretext of public utility, and in the name of the general interest, to be place[d] under contribution, drilled, fleeced, exploited, monopolized, extorted from, squeezed, hoaxed, robbed; then, at the slightest resistance, the first word of complaint, to be repressed, fined, vilified, harassed, hunted down, abused, clubbed, disarmed, bound, choked, imprisoned, judged, condemned, shot, deported, sacrificed, sold, betrayed; and to crown all, mocked, ridiculed, derided, outraged, dishonored. That is government; that is its justice; that is its morality.

Thank you so much for the
Polly (not verified) — Tue, 05/11/2010 - 17:47Thank you so much for the touching write-up. Larry was the poor man's George Carlin.
You two would have dug each other, no doubt. He would have loved you. You ALMOST met him. That hurts. He had had tentative plans to visit us in Humboldt, since the last time I went up there to see him. He just never recovered enough to do so.
He will be missed by so very many.
The Trial of God was awesome! I too, encourage folks to check it out. Feel free to leave your impressions or opinions in the comment section. (I should probably make it clear on that particular page that discussions about the case, god or religion in general are fine---on the Trial of God page.)
The other two pages, however, are solely for tributes and not debates.
Anyway, does this mean the Noble Lie is back? I hope so. Sometimes you have to take a break from online. It's healthy.
Love you Babe,
Polly
I wish I could have met him.

Yup, I'm back!
