You've gotta be kidding me? Sprouts? SPROUTS?!
Apparently nothing is safe from salmonella now. Is this some mutated super-salmonella? What's strange about this is growing sprouts does not require any kind of fertilizer... all the nutrients they need are in the seeds from which the sprouts grow.
From Reuters, FDA warns of salmonella in sprouts.
