Al Gore…. RATS
July 7, 2008 @ 6:51 pm by Noble LieWith that very short primer on subliminals out of the way, I’m going to start using examples on the site. Now I’m no fan of Al Gore, but I know a dirty trick when I see it.
Watch for the flash of the word RATS when they mention Al Gore’s plan….

Yeah, that is a pretty odious example. Bureaucrats=Rats. That is the message.

Al Gore’s plan — RATS DECIDE
Thanks for your support and comments, I will linking to your blog.
The GOP denied that this was a subliminal. They didn’t, however, say whether they intentionally put the word RATS in there, intending for people to see it (more like a pun) or whether it was an accident of the way the words fly into the screen. The latter I don’t buy for a second… the former… well these are the people who use sledgehammers to kill flies — like commercials of atomic bombs going off, tied to a political opponent. So it’s possible.
I was talking to somebody about this and they said, “But aren’t subliminals illegal?” I don’t know the laws, but I’d love to know their definition of “subliminal.”
